Regular Potty Pumps are available every Tuesday. Payment for potty pumps must be made at the  time of request. Online requests must be received by midnight on Monday. For emergency potty pumps or last minute requests, please call Headquarters at 530-475-3495. Regular potty pumps are $20 and emergency potty pumps are $40.

Stables Spring Schedule

Arena Rides: 9:00-9:30am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Red Card Ride: 8:30am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Trail Rides: 10:00-11:00am Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Riding Lessons: 11:30am Thursday, Friday, Saturday

By reservation only. All riders must arrive by 30 minutes before ride time or a $10 no-show fee will apply and your space will be given to someone else. Pants and boots required.

We now have Ranch Red Trailers for rent. For the off-season these trailers are being placed in some of the reservation campsites. Most campsites at R-Ranch continue to be first-come, first-serve, but 6 of them can be reserved.

Ranch Red Trailer Rules: Up to 14 night stays, by reservation only.

The full amount is due at the time of reservation. The cost is $20 per night for Owners staying in the trailer, and $30 per night for only guests staying in the trailer. If the reservation is cancelled at least 2 days in advance, the rental fees will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days in advance or the renter is a no-show, a no-show/late cancellation fee will be charged.

Rules:

• Bring your own bedding, linens, towels, etc.
• A rental agreement must be completed for each rental period.
• No smoking in or near the trailers (this includes vaping).
• No cooking in the trailers. You may use the microwave to warm up your food, but all other cooking must be done outside. For your convenience an exterior outlet is provided for you to use with any small kitchen appliances you bring.
• No pets allowed in the trailers.
• You are responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
• Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is before 11am.
• Red Trailers can be rented for 2-14 nights only. There must be at least 14 nights between uses of any of the lodging options of R-Ranch.
• Reservations can be made up to 12 months in advance.
• If the Trailer is not occupied by the second night of the reservation period the reservation will be considered a no-show and another Owner will be allowed to use the trailer.
• Each share can have only one pending reservation period at a time.
• Last minute reservations may be available by calling Headquarters.

Reservation Campsite Rules: 14-night Sites (By Reservation Only during the High Season which is Mother’s Day through Labor Day) .

Reservation Sites are as follows:

1. Klamath Riverfront sites (Non-electric): 219 and 220
2. Klamath Off-River sites (Electric and Water Hook-ups) 6 and 7
3. Cottonwood sites (Electric and Water Hook-ups) 6 and 7

• 14-night sites can be reserved up to 12 months in advance on a first-come first-serve basis by calling Headquarters or by using the online reservation system on the website. Each share can have only one pending reservation at a time.
• The length of stay in any of the reservable campsites at R-Ranch is limited to no less than two (2) and no more than fourteen (14) consecutive nights per visit. There must be at least fourteen (14) nights between uses of any reservable campsite.
• A down payment equal to 2 nights stay is due at the time of reservation with the balance due at check-in. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance or a no-show fee will apply. If the campsite is not occupied by the second night of the reservation period, the down payment is forfeited, and another camper will be allowed to use the site.
• Last minute reservations may be possible by calling Headquarters.
