When you purchase a share at R-Ranch, you receive a deeded interest in the property. This is real estate ownership that can be passed down to heirs or sold, giving you all the benefits of ownership without the full cost of owning 5,000+ acres individually.

210 nights of lodging access per year per share. Reservations are made through the Owner Portal — block out the dates that work for you and your family.

Horseback riding, ATV trails, swimming, fishing, hunting, hiking, the shooting range, lodges, and campgrounds — everything on-property is included with your share. No per-activity fees.

Approximately $1,542.94 per year. Payable annually, semi-annually, or monthly (about $128.57/month). The assessment covers grounds upkeep, lodge maintenance, staff, and shared amenities.

Yes — owners can bring guests subject to ranch guest policies. Day-use and overnight guest fees apply. Guests share full access to ranch amenities while you’re hosting them.
