Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Our staff and managers would like to wish you all a wonderful holiday season. Read on for the latest messages from our new Managers.

From Interim Operations Manager: Andrew Pacheco

Hello, I would like to introduce myself as the new Interim Operations Manager here at R-Ranch. My name is Andrew Pacheco. Many of you may know me from the gun range where I’ve been operating for the past 9 years. As far as ownership in the ranch, my family goes back 45 years. I am excited to be part of the new management team and will strive to do my best to move the ranch in a forward positive direction.

We are now working with a new insurance broker (InterWest) to reduce our current insurance rate. We also signed the contract with the engineer for the Hilltop building project, so we are very happy to see the progress on this and are estimated to begin work sometime in February. We are also in the process of getting new windows installed in the line shacks.

One of my roles in this position is to oversee the maintenance crew. The guys and myself have been out and about addressing many issues concerning the grounds, our rentals, all equipment and any maintenance needed on the company vehicles.

I look forward to being involved in this new chapter of R-Ranch and feel very strongly that together as Owners, Managers, Staff and Volunteers, we will succeed to accomplish our goals and continue to be a part of this amazing Ranch.

I wish you all a safe and happy holiday season and truly look forward to seeing you all back at the ranch creating many more lifelong memories.

From Hospitality Manager Susan Brouillette

My name is Susan, and I am the new Hospitality Manager for R-Ranch. I have been working in the office at R-Ranch for the past two years and am aware of the challenges it has overcome and what it faces in the future. So, as we enter the new year, I am dedicated to bringing a fresh outlook and positive changes that will align with the traditions of R-Ranch. I am confident that with dedication and hard work, we can attract new owners, enhance our facilities, and increase our profitability.

We have already begun to pave the road by updating our policies and procedures to ensure that our employees are well-trained and equipped to provide a higher level of service to our Owners. Additionally, we are actively engaging with our owners by sharing weekly updates on Facebook and via email. Our goal is not only to inform Owners of our progress, but also to make them feel included and connected to the happenings at R-Ranch.

In the new year we will be tackling many more projects as well. Including removing weeds in camp sites, planting grass seed, repairing the potholes, improving campfire areas for owners to be able to gather and socialize. We will have vending machines in the lodges and items for sale at HQ office. We have implemented a mobile office that goes thru the campgrounds to take payments, sell guest passes, schedule potty pumps and can assist you with various other needs.

There is a lot to accomplish, and I encourage you as Owners to be involved with R-Ranch. Attend board meetings, volunteer if you are able and see the great things we are working towards. Owner retention is very important to me, so if you have a question or concern my office door is always open and I will listen and work with you towards a solution.

The new saying “Clean and Green” is more than just a motto; it is a mission to restore R-Ranch to its former glory. This initiative focuses not only on improving the external appearance, but also on improving internal operations and standards. Our goal is to create a sustainable and thriving community that Owners can be proud of and together, I know we will succeed.

I wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
