4th Quarter Board Meeting
The 4th Quarter Board Meeting will be on Saturday, October 21st, at 10am in the TV Room at HQ and via Zoom. Our main agenda items include hearing the quarterly reports, hearing updates from our committees, and reviewing the new Owner’s Handbook (formerly the Brown Book). We are particularly interested in hearing Owner comments about the Handbook. If you have questions, concerns, or suggestions for the Handbook, this is the meeting to express those. If you are unable to make it to the meeting, you are welcome to email your comments to [email protected]. The new handbook does include several proposed policy changes to ensure an equitable and enjoyable experience for all Owners at R-Ranch. Once the Handbook is finalized and adopted, it is anticipated it will go into effect on November 15th, 2023.
This new version includes possible significant changes including but not limited to: preventing back-to-back uses of the 210 nights, limits the number of times the 5-nights away rule can be used and requires that Owners spend at least 2 nights in camp between uses of the rule, and limits to the number of guests allowed to hunt on Ranch property to give hunting priority to Owners.
