Announcing a New Board Member

The Board is pleased to announce that Cheri Clark has been appointed by the Board to serve on the R-Ranch Property Owners Association Board of Directors until July 2026 and fill the vacancy created by Emilie Simmons’ resignation. Cheri was appointed during a duly called and held executive session which occurred on December 12, 2024. Cheri is the candidate that the Board mentioned during the October meeting and is interested in learning the Treasurer position. Cheri has been coming to R-Ranch for many years now and is committed to seeing the Ranch thrive so that future generations can enjoy it too. Please join us in a warm welcome to Cheri!

Our Thanks to Travis Morgan

Travis Morgan has been a Board Member for nearly 2 years and had just been re-elected in July 2024 for a new term. He has been a valuable member of the Board and has donated countless hours of time to moving R-Ranch forward. During the Special Session held on December 8th, 2024, Travis announced his resignation from the Board effective immediately. The Board would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Travis for all the time and dedication that he put into our Ranch. We wish him the best with his future. Thanks Travis!

Taking Applications to Fill Board Vacancy

The Board is now taking applications from Owners in Good Standing that are interested in filling the vacancy created by Travis Morgan’s resignation. If you are passionate about helping R-Ranch, have at least 20 hours per month available to volunteer, and are interested in joining our team, we would love to see your letter of interest.
