Introducing the New Hospitality Manager

 

We are pleased to announce that we officially have a new Hospitality Manager effective December 2nd! After reviewing dozens of applicants, the Board decided that the best candidate for the job is our very own Susan Brouillette from Headquarters. 

Susan has been one of the hardest workers we have at R-Ranch. She is always willing to learn new things and pitch in wherever she is needed. Susan came to us with experience in retail, customer service, and management. In her previous employment she trained other staff in customer service. She’s been actively involved with our marketing committee this year, helped at our sales booths and open house events, and has been the one completing and filing the deed paperwork for a while now. She’s ready to sell some shares! 

Susan has already been making plans for a mobile store and a Headquarters store where we will offer a variety of useful items for your stay, as well as offering a variety of fun Ranch merchandise. She has also taken a vested interest in ensuring that our rental options will be clean and comfortable for Owners to stay in. Susan was instrumental in getting most of the recent repairs and improvements done to them. 

Susan is good at organizing people to get things done, and is the type of person who will jump in and do whatever needs doing, whether it’s scrubbing a toilet, planting trees and flowers, installing door trim, or helping with the bookkeeping. She’s been the glue holding the office and the Ranch together during this transition, and the Board wants to recognize and reward her efforts. Susan is passionate about R-Ranch and always strives to make the Owners happy. Please join us in supporting Susan in her new role. Congratulations Susan!
