2024 Election Results for the Board of Directors:
Owners in Good Standing: 743
Quorum needed: 186 (25% of Owners in Good Standing)
Eligible ballots received: 157
Ineligible ballots received: 3 (1 had no signature. 2 were a second ballot received from a share. These ballots were not counted.)
The Board approved use of 29 POA owned shares to reach quorum. These shares were only used to meet quorum, but they were not voted for or against any candidate. This was done in full compliance with our bylaws section 4.6 and with the direction of legal counsel.
Due to the resignation of Patrick Iler in his first year of service on the Board, the Directors decided to allow the Owners to fill the one year vacancy determined by who came in 5th place in the election.

Pat Chase 118 (As the candidate in 5th place, Pat will serve a one-year term until the elections of 2025.)
Additionally there were 13 votes cast for write-in candidates.
