Annual Owner Meeting, Elections, and Board Meeting 7-6-24

Howdy Pardner,

If you haven’t already done so, please vote for your Board of Directors. You can return your ballot via mail (must be received by 7-5-24), in person at the Klamath Lodge (drop off between 11:30am and 1:30pm on 7-6-24), or by using the link that was emailed to you by Big Pulse election services (must be submitted by 11:30am on 7-6-24).

The Annual Owner Meeting will be held on July 6th, 2024, at 1:00pm in the Klamath Lodge and via Zoom. Owners are welcome to observe the ballot counting process beginning at 11:30am either in person at the Klamath Lodge or by tuning in via Zoom.

At around 2:00pm, after the election results are announced, the Board will meet to possibly seat the Officers of the Board and to conduct the other business on the agenda.

If you wish to attend any of those via Zoom, please pre-register by 4pm on Friday, 7-5-24. The same Zoom meeting link will be used for all meetings on the 6th.

We are so excited to see Owners coming to enjoy the summer at R-Ranch! As a reminder, our website has information about all the activities available at R-Ranch, the projects that volunteers are working on to improve R-Ranch, and convenient calendars for reserving a line-shack, rental home, or campsite (most campsites are still first-come, first-serve, but 6 have been set aside for Owners to reserve.)
