Just a friendly reminder that assessment payments (full, half or monthly payment arrangement) were due by 1/31/24. Beginning February 1st if one of the optional payments is not received, than assessments become delinquent and a late fee will be assessed on 2/16/24. If the first half has not been paid by 3/1/24 then the full annual assessment will become due and your account will be delinquent and you will be considered to not be in Good Standing.
