Farewell and Thank You to the Wheelers

The Board would like to thank James and Tatyana Wheeler for their time and service at R-Ranch. As Operations Manager, James completed several cleaning, improvement, and deferred maintenance projects, and found 4 insurance companies to bid against each other to hopefully result in a lower insurance rate for us. As Front Desk/Marketing team member, Tatyana followed up on many leads, gave tours, and sold shares. The Board and James met and decided to part ways on amicable terms. We wish James and Tatyana the best as they move on to other endeavors.

We will be advertising for and hiring a new Operations Manager as soon as possible.
