Marketing Committee Meeting 11-19-24 at 6pm

We will meet on Tuesday, November 19th at 6pm via Zoom only. We have a total of $15,000 for a budget for marketing expenses.

Our agenda is as follows:

3. Which sales booth shows should we attend in 2025?

    A. Sacramento: International Sportsman’s Expo, January 16th-19th. $1,675.

    B. Eugene: Sportsman and Outdoor Rec, January 31-Feb 2. $600

    C. Roseburg: Sportsman and Outdoor Rec, February 7-9. $500

    D. Medford: Sportsman and Outdoor Rec, Feb 21-23. $600

    E. Anderson: NorCal Boat, Sport & RV show, Feb 28-Mar 2. $500

    F. Other?

4. Which advertising venues should we utilize this next year?

    A. Northstate Parent Magazine (Cost $2400 for 4 print ads per year in the publication, plus online exposure, plus some freebees in event calendars and social media mentions.)

    B. TV Commercial in Medford area (Cost $3,000 for them to film and create a commercial and air it for 3 months. Can be on TV, or on paid advertisement platforms like Youtube, FreeVee, etc)

    C. Brochure placement in RV dealership new Owner packets (cost $1 per brochure placed, plus cost of printing.)

    D. Social Media paid promotions. Cost $100 per ad. Geo target Bay Area, Sacramento, Eugene, Portland, Medford, and Reno. Interest target: camping, horseback riding, off-road sports, shooting sports, fishing, hunting.
