Final “Brown Book” Rules Meeting

The Board will be meeting on Tuesday, December 12th at 6:00pm via Zoom to discuss and adopt the new Owner’s Information Handbook (formerly known as the Brown Book of Rules). The Board, Employees and the Advisory Committee have been working on this handbook since March in an effort to ensure the smooth operations of R-Ranch.

THIS IS THE FINAL MEETING REGARDING THE NEW “BROWN BOOK”. This completely new handbook contains possible significant changes to the rules at R-Ranch, including but not limited to: changes and limits to the 5-Nights-Away rule, rule to prevent back-to-back uses of the 210 nights, no longer allowing sharing your personal gate code with guests (instead guests will use a temporary guest code assigned by HQ), defines benefits of owning more than one share, significantly increases the fines for certain behaviors, and introduces the option of having some campsites be “by reservation only” which results in other campsites being re-designated as either 30 night or 210 night campsites.
