This unit includes a sink, toilet, mini-fridge and microwave. Air conditioning. Electric space heaters keep the space warm in spring, summer, and fall. In winter the trailers are chilly, so please dress warmly and bring warm bedding.
Trailer on the outside, comfy cabin on the inside! You can rent this trailer for up to 14 nights.
Ranch Red Trailer Rules: Up to 14 night stays, by reservation only.
The full amount is due at the time of reservation. The cost is $20 per night for Owners, $30 per night for guests. If the reservation is cancelled at least 2 days in advance, the rental fees will be returned. If the reservation is cancelled less than 2 days in advance or the renter is a no-show, a $40 no-show/late cancellation fee will be held out of the rental fees and the rest of the rental fee will be returned.
Rules:
- Bring your own bedding, linens, towels, etc.
- A rental agreement must be completed for each rental period.
- No smoking in or near the trailers (this includes vaping).
- No cooking in the trailers. You may use the microwave to warm up your food, but all other cooking must be done outside. For your convenience an exterior outlet is provided for you to use with any small kitchen appliances you bring.
- No pets allowed in the trailers.
- You are responsible for any damages that occur during your stay.
- Check in time is after 3pm. Check out time is before 11am.
- Red Trailers can be rented for 1-14 nights only. There must be at least 14 nights between uses of any of the lodging options of R-Ranch.
- Reservations can be made up to 60 days in advance.
- If the Trailer is not occupied by the second night of the reservation period the reservation will be considered a no-show and another Owner will be allowed to use the trailer.
- Each share can have only one pending reservation period at a time.
- Last minute reservations may be available by calling Headquarters.

Unit #2 side: Two bedrooms, one bath. Full kitchen, dining area, large living room. One bedroom has a queen size bed; the second bedroom has a set of bunkbeds. Linens provided. Blow-up mattresses available upon request.
The River House is a fully stocked vacation Duplex, available for the exclusive use of our owners and their guests. Linens are provided, and the River House has heating and air-conditioning. The River House is located near the Klamath Lodge, and the beautiful Klamath River. A two-night minimum is required, with a maximum stay of 14 nights.
